1.1 Membrane wall fully enclosed, fully welded sealing structure.
Membrane wall structures are used around the furnace, on the top and on both sides of the convection tube bundle. The connection between the membrane wall tube panels is sealed and welded by profiling cut steel plates. The front and rear panels are made of 10mm thick steel plates built with refractory materials. The panel is integrally welded with metal expansion joints.
The sealing of the furnace body is a one-time sealing welding type, which ensures the tightness of the boiler combustion chamber and the flue gas flow channel, reduces the air leakage coefficient of the boiler during operation, improves the combustion efficiency and boiler thermal efficiency, reduces the power consumption of the induced draft fan, and makes the boiler room Hygienic conditions and working environment have been improved.
2.2 Secondary air combustion technology.
The front wall of the furnace is equipped with secondary air. The configuration of the secondary air can reasonably organize the heat radiation and flue gas flow in the furnace, and strengthen the mixing of air flow in the furnace, so that the fuel can be ignited and fully burned in time, and the carbon particles and combustible gas can be prolonged. The residence time in the furnace can obtain high combustion efficiency, and at the same time greatly reduce the dust concentration of the flue gas.

The flue gas flow rate in the furnace is low, the smoke and dust can be fully settled, and the dust concentration of the flue gas at the furnace outlet is low. The convection tube bundles are arranged in a row, and dust removal inspection doors are installed at the front and rear. A blower is installed in the middle of the tube bundle, which can easily check and clean the ash accumulation on the tubes. The machine discharges continuously. The heating surface of the boiler can always maintain a high degree of cleanliness, and it can continue to operate at high heat exchange efficiency, ensuring the output of the boiler. The flue gas flow resistance of the furnace body is low, which reduces the power consumption of the induced draft fan.
2.4 New thermal insulation packaging technology.
The application of the membrane wall saves the bulky refractory material for the furnace wall. The structure of the furnace wall is a membrane wall-coated tube furnace wall, and light heat insulating materials are used as the insulation layer. The heat insulation, heat resistance, and The sealing and mechanical strength are superior to other types of furnace walls. The heat storage in the furnace wall is small, which can shorten the start-up and shutdown time.
The insulation material is light in weight, small in thermal inertia, good in insulation effect, can fully absorb the expansion and contraction when the temperature changes, and has a long service life.
The outside of the furnace body is fully sealed and welded with a 3 mm thick steel plate, which has strong strength and rigidity. The packaging plate and the internal insulation material form a 70 mm thick air barrier, which uses air insulation to improve the heat preservation performance of the furnace body.
