Requirements for softened water
1. Ensure the normal power supply of softened water. Under normal circumstances, the power supply of softened water is not allowed to be disconnected.
2. Ensure the concentration of salt in the salt box and observe the amount of salt used. (Use industrial salt, prohibit the use of iodized salt) and observe the salt absorption, sewage discharge, backwashing and regeneration of the softening equipment, and make records.
3. The valve before the valve of the softened water supply system is not allowed to be closed to ensure that there is a normal supply of water between the tap water and the softener, so as not to affect the regeneration of softened water and ensure the quality of boiler feed water. As the water in the softened water tank is full, when the water source needs to be turned off, the valve behind the softened water can be closed, that is, the valve is closed in front of the softened water tank.
4. The adjustment wheel on the softened water is already in a normal state and does not need to be operated every day. It should be rotated clockwise during operation. Reversal is prohibited, and curious rotation should be avoided.

   Boiler operation essentials
1. Before each fire, first check whether the valve between the boiler and the sub-cylinder is open normally, and whether the screws are loose. If any problems are found, they should be repaired in time. question.
2. When starting a fire, first observe the boiler water level to ensure that the boiler water level is in a normal state before raising the fire and opening the damper. After observing that the boiler pressure is close to the operating pressure, properly control the firepower, within the safe pressure, try to avoid the overpressure opening of the safety valve, which will not only waste fuel but also bring pressure fluctuations to production and affect the production plan.
3. The flame control can be controlled according to the chimney damper and the furnace door at the same time. When the pressure is increased normally, the chimney damper is opened and the furnace door is closed, so that the air volume can enter the furnace through the grate. If the pressure is close to the upper line pressure, you can properly close the damper or open the furnace door to control the pressure. Water is not allowed for emergency fire extinguishing.
