1. This series of boilers adopts arched tube plates, threaded smoke tubes, hot water boiler return water ejection technology, etc., which solves the problems of tube plate cracks, bulges in the lower part of the drum, bursting tubes in the water wall, low thermal efficiency and insufficient output of shell boilers. , Poor adaptability of coal quality and other issues.

2. Combustion process

The fuel falls from the coal scuttle to the front of the grate. With the operation of the grate, the coal undergoes preheating, dry distillation, ignition, and embers. The slag falls into the slag hopper and is discharged from the furnace at any time by the slag remover. The throat in the middle can form a vortex and fully mix with the air, and heat the front arch and fire conditions. It enters the two-wing convection tube bundle through the exit smokestack on the upper part of the arch, enters the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, and passes through the economizer and dust collector. The fan leads to the chimney for discharge.

3. Technical features

(1) The drum is composed of arched tube plate and threaded smoke pipe, so that the drum changes from a quasi-rigid body to a quasi-elastic structure, canceling the braces in the tube plate area and reducing the stress. The smoke tube is changed from two-pass to single-pass, which solves the problem of tube plate cracks.

(2) Due to the arrangement of ascending pipe rows in the lower part of the drum, the dead water area at the bottom of the drum is eliminated, the sludge is not easy to deposit, the high temperature area of ​​the drum can be well cooled, and the lower part of the boiler shell is prevented from bulging.

(3) The heat transfer threaded flue tube is used to obtain enhanced heat transfer effect, achieve the characteristics of boiler temperature rise and pressure rise quickly, and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
