This series of boilers is developed by absorbing various advantages of existing bulk and assembled boilers at home and abroad. The product is assembled and shipped from two parts: the upper part is composed of the furnace body, the furnace wall, and the insulation layer; the lower part is composed of the chain furnace. Composed of rows and coal hoppers.

The boiler is delivered in two large parts: the upper part includes the boiler body, the upper furnace wall of the steel frame; the lower part includes the coal scuttle, chain grate, base steel frame, lower furnace wall and internal ventilation duct, except for the on-site installation φ 63.5 × 3.5 The water wall, brick wall and furnace arch are built on site, and the rest of the components are assembled and delivered. The tail cast iron economizer, air duct and air preheater are delivered with the furnace.

The combustion equipment adopts light-duty chain grate, with double-sided air intake, and the sprocket shaft is driven by a continuously variable transmission. There are eight independent air chambers under the grate. The side air duct enters the independent air chamber through the connecting pipe and the air regulating mechanism.

The furnace wall, the rear part of the upper furnace wall, the front part of the upper furnace wall, the lower furnace wall and the front and rear arches are composed of clay refractory bricks, aluminum silicate fibers and insulation materials, and are built on site.

Coal enters the furnace from the coal hopper through the coal gate, and after being burned on the chain grate, the coal slag falls into the slag discharge hopper and is discharged by the scraper slag discharger.

l The upper and lower group structures are arranged vertically with double boiler drums, which saves the area occupied by the boiler room, reduces installation costs and infrastructure investment.

l It adopts a closed and equal air chamber structure, with more uniform air distribution, free adjustment, and strong adaptability to coal types.

l High dust removal efficiency in the furnace, built-in dust removal, low original dust concentration.

l New furnace bricks and insulation materials. The heat dissipation loss of the furnace body is small, which can effectively improve the thermal efficiency;
