      Organic heat carrier furnace is a new type of special boiler, also known as heat conduction oil furnace, which has the characteristics of low pressure and high temperature. Under normal pressure, its heating temperature can reach 320°C in liquid phase. For processes that require uniform and stable heating and do not allow direct flame heating, organic heat carriers can be used for heating in various production occasions where the heating temperature is between 150°C and 320°C. It uses coal as fuel and heat-conducting oil as the medium. The circulating oil pump is used to force the heat-conducting oil to circulate in liquid phase. Heat conduction oil boiler features:

( 1 ) Low-pressure and high-temperature heat medium is obtained, easy to adjust, uniform heating, and can meet the process temperature.

( 2 ) Liquid-phase circulation heat supply, no heat loss due to condensation and discharge, high thermal efficiency of the heating system.

( 3 ) If the organic heat carrier furnace is in the area, the protection distance is required to be small, and the probability of explosion hazard is small.

( 4 ) The volume change of the organic heat carrier due to heating, heat release and temperature rise and fall should be considered, and technical measures for compensation should be provided in the system.

( 5 ) Strictly control the content of air, moisture and other low volatile substances in the organic heat carrier.
