Organic heat carrier furnace is a new type of special boiler, also known as heat transfer oil furnace, which has the characteristics of low pressure and high temperature. Under normal pressure, its heating temperature can reach 320 ℃ in liquid phase For processes that require uniform and stable heating and do not allow direct flame heating, organic heat carriers can be used for heating in various production occasions where the heating temperature is between 150 °C and 320 °C. It uses coal as fuel and heat-conducting oil as the medium. The circulating oil pump is used to force the heat-conducting oil to circulate in liquid phase. After the heat energy is delivered to the heat-consuming equipment, it returns to the heating furnace for reheating. Not only has low pressure and high temperature, but also can control the working temperature, no need for water treatment equipment, high heat utilization rate of the system, convenient operation and maintenance, it is a safe, efficient and energy-saving heating equipment.

The fuel is burned in the combustion chamber, and the high-temperature flue gas produced rises from the furnace. After passing through the inner coil to radiate heat, it bends downward from the furnace outlet on the upper part of the furnace and enters the first return flue composed of the inner and outer coils. Convective heat exchange, and then fold upwards at the lower bottom to enter the second return flue composed of the outer coil and the heat preservation tube, perform convective heat exchange again, and discharge the boiler to the upper exhaust port. The flue gas enters the rear flue through the rear smoke box, passes through the waste heat exchanger, dust collector, induced draft fan in turn, enters the chimney, and finally discharges into the atmosphere through the chimney.
