The control system adopts MD204L Chinese LCD screen as the display and operation platform, and Siemens S7-200 series CPU as the information processing and control unit; at the same time, it embeds the industrial control software carefully designed by Fenglan Company and the process structure of the control periphery. The system software not only realizes the general monitoring requirements such as manual/automatic control of gas boilers, working condition monitoring, and real-time trends, but also adds the results of Fenglan Company's careful analysis and research on boiler accidents in recent years, and has rich Fault detection, fault alarm, fault handling and other functions ensure the safe and reliable operation of the boiler. And the standard RS-485 communication interface is reserved to connect with a computer to realize remote monitoring or DCS connection.

2. Function introduction

The system has strong artificial intelligence, displays in the form of full Chinese menu, and interacts with boiler users in the form of man-machine dialogue, which brings convenience to the operator; the control system has hardware manual control, software automatic control, and fault information at the same time. Processing, display and query functions.

◆ Manual control

In the manual state of the hardware, you can directly operate each load device. When a general failure occurs, the display will give corresponding instructions. The alarm prompts the operator to ensure the safe operation of the system.

Note: This method is mainly used for test run and emergency start-up when the control cabinet cannot be automatic.

◆ Automatic control

Set the working temperature, pressure and parameters of the system through the keys on the LCD screen. When the combustion conditions are met, the system will automatically run according to the set temperature value in time intervals. At the same time, the LCD screen of the workstation will display the return water temperature, pressure, etc. working conditions. When a fault occurs, the system will handle and prompt accordingly according to the fault situation.
