The gas boiler computer control system is an integrated design control system, that is, the integrated control and detection of all auxiliary equipment components and related instruments of the boiler (such as: burner, water level electrode, pressure controller, temperature sensor). While the system is equipped with automatic operation function, it is also equipped with manual operation function and parameter setting function for debugging. Specific product features:

1.1 Computer intelligent control, high integration and strong operability;

1.2 Chinese LCD screen display, LED operation instructions, all functions, parameter information, and fault prompts are displayed in Chinese, which is clear to the user at a glance;

1.3 Touch panel: It adopts the sensitive touch method, and is equipped with button accompaniment sound and real-time shielding function, which reduces the misoperation rate;

1.4 The control cabinet performs integrated control of the machine pump, directly controls the circulation pump, burner, water supply pump and other accessories, and starts the high-power components with reduced pressure;

1.5 Compatible with various display/control instruments, such as: water level electrodes, electrode point pressure gauges, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, etc.;

1.6 Set the automatic/manual operation function to realize manual/automatic operation as backup and free switching;

1.7 Implement short-circuit, open-circuit and over-range protection for the load sensor, and add a disconnection protection function for the detection components

1.8 Add a parameter setting function that cannot be realized by the traditional strong current control cabinet, so as to digitize the operation of the boiler unit;

1.9 It has a 4-period timing switch function, which saves fuel consumption while improving the operability of the boiler unit.

2 main functions

2.1 Outdoor temperature load control: According to the outdoor temperature, the input quantity of the boiler is controlled, and the boiler load is automatically adjusted;

2.2 Water temperature control: According to the signal of the outlet water temperature sensor, the automatic start and stop of the burner and the conversion of large and small fires are controlled, and the outlet water temperature and return water temperature are displayed in real time; double safety protection is provided for the water temperature;

2.3 Pressure control: real-time monitoring of system pressure, overpressure and undervoltage safety interlock protection;

2.4 Water supply control: control the rotation frequency of the water supply pump according to the signal of the remote pressure gauge to ensure that the boiler pressure is within the set range;

2.5 Burner control: Control the start and stop of the burner and switch between large and small fires according to the load, monitor the combustion operation status in real time, and reset the fault of the burner by remote control;

2.6 Safety control: Boiler over-temperature and over-pressure protection, boiler water level over-limit protection, make-up water pump, burner fault, high smoke temperature fault interlock protection;

2.7 Circulating pump control: double pump setting, one for standby and one for use, automatic switching;

2.8 Timing on/off: 4 time slots on/off every day.
