Structure overview

2, the kettle body device: mainly by the kettle cover flange, tooth plate, dome welded together. 8. Sealing device: It is composed of a sealing ring, a stop valve and a steam inlet elbow. The sealing ring is embedded in the sealing groove of the flange of the kettle body. During the boosting stage, the external steam enters the sealing groove through the elbow and the valve, and is pressurized on the gasket to seal the end face of the kettle cover. After reaching the rated pressure, it passes through the elbow to the kettle body itself. Steam pressure is sealed.

9. Valve instruments: including pressure gauges, safety valves, thermometers, ball valves, etc., to ensure the safe use of the autoclave.

10. Drainage device: It plays the role of discharging condensed water, and is composed of drainage pipe connector, steam trap, sewage valve and so on. By connecting with the bottom of the kettle body, the condensed water is condensed in the coupler and then discharged through the steam trap. The drain valve can discharge a large amount of condensed water and sludge from time to time.

11. Electric control box: including electric contact pressure gauge, solenoid valve, pressure alarm device, etc., to ensure the safe use of the kettle.

12. Electrical safety interlock device: including control cabinet, pressure controller, reducer locking device assembly, etc., meeting the requirements of Article 49 of the "Regulations" to ensure the safe use of the kettle.
