1.1 The full-cell method of anti-corrosion and flame-retardant wood can be divided into the following stages: closing the tank door → front vacuum → suction → air balance → pressurization → draining liquid → restoring the atmosphere → draining liquid → opening the tank door.

1.2 Before formal anti-corrosion and flame-retardant operations, the following conditions should be met, otherwise the production stage should not be entered:
1.3 There should be a sufficient amount of preservatives (flame retardants) that have passed the inspection in the liquid storage tank

2. Pre-vacuum
2.1 After confirming that the tank door is closed, the pre-vacuum operation can be carried out. Before that, check the opening status of the valve on the process pipeline connected to the pressure impregnation tank, except for the valve on the vacuum pipeline ( V1 , V2) should be opened, other valves should be closed.

2.2 Press the vacuum pump start button on the control panel of the control cabinet to carry out the pre-vacuum operation, and keep this process until the vacuum degree reaches the specified value of the process (the general vacuum degree is -0.08 — -0.085Mpa )

3. Suction

When the vacuum pump continues to work, open the valve ( V7 ) on the pipeline leading from the liquid storage tank to the pressure infusion tank, and the preservative enters the pressure infusion tank through the suction and discharge pipeline under the action of vacuum, pay attention to observe the tail of the pressure infusion tank The liquid level indication of the liquid level gauge, when the liquid level gauge shows that the liquid level in the pressure immersion tank reaches the scale of ___mm , the operator should quickly turn off the vacuum pump and close the ball valve ( V1) on the official road from the buffer tank to the vacuum pump , To prevent water from entering the vacuum pump. Use the residual vacuum in the pressure impregnation tank to continue to absorb liquid. When the vacuum gauge shows that the vacuum degree is less than -0.04Mpa and the liquid level gauge indicates that the pressure impregnation tank is full of preservatives, you can close the valve on the suction and discharge pipeline ( V7 ).
