The State Administration for Market Regulation issued the " Technical Regulations for Boiler Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection " , which will come into force on June 1 , 2022 . Details are as follows:

Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Issuing the "Technical Regulations for Boiler Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection"

In order to optimize boiler energy-saving and environmental protection supervision measures, and promote carbon neutralization of special equipment , in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the State Administration for Market Supervision will "Boiler Energy-Saving Technology Supervision and Management Regulations" ( TSG G0002-2010 ) and " Industrial Boiler Energy Efficiency Test and "Evaluation Rules" ( TSG G0003-2010 ) was integrated and revised, and at the same time, the basic requirements for boiler environmental protection were further improved to form the "Technical Regulations for Boiler Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection" ( TSG 91-2021 ), which is hereby approved for publication, starting from June 1 , 2022 implement. "Boiler Energy Saving Technology Supervision and Management Regulations" and "Industrial Boiler Energy Efficiency Testing and Evaluation Rules" shall be abolished at the same time.
