The control of the electric heating tube adopts fuzzy control. According to the outlet water temperature of the boiler, it is compared with the set lower limit temperature and upper limit temperature of the boiler, and the heating group is switched on or off according to a certain period of time. When the temperature reaches the middle value between the upper limit and the lower limit temperature, after each addition or subtraction of a heating group, compare the collected temperature with the set value to decide whether to continue adding or subtracting heating groups. Normal startup, heating tube adds one group every 10 seconds, when reaching the middle value of lower limit and upper limit, it adds one group every 30 seconds; when it stops normally, one group is subtracted every 3 seconds. When there is a fault, one group is subtracted every 1 second.
