3. Boiler manufacturing enterprises holding a license of Class C or above can manufacture organic heat carrier boilers. For manufacturing enterprises that only manufacture organic heat carrier boilers, they should apply for a single manufacturing qualification for organic heat carrier boilers, and do not need to be rated .
4. For a manufacturing enterprise with a single product category, the scope of its license can be restricted, such as limited components, materials, varieties, etc.
5. Licensed boiler manufacturing enterprises can manufacture gas distribution cylinders and water distribution cylinders that are matched with corresponding level boilers.
